The Producer

Ciabot is located in Farigliano, Piedmont, with a vineyard area that goes from Doglianese to Roero.

From August 2020 a new challenge has begun in the Alessan- dria area, near Viguzzolo, where we started the cultivation and vinification of Timorasso.

We wisely cultivate with passion in the municipalities of Farigliano, Dogliani, Monforte, Serralunga, La Morra, Castagnito, Santo Stefano Roero, Montà and Viguzzolo.

Over the years, we have learned to appreciate the differences between important native vines, like Dolcetto, Nebbiolo, Barbera, Arneis, Moscato and Favorita and international ones, like Cabernet, Merlot and Sauvignon.

Our land gives mono varietal wines, but for the past 5 years it has been bringing interesting results on blending, by using the peculiarities of different vines.
