The producer

The "Baglio Ingardia" farm is located at the foot of Mount Erice and a few kilometers from the salt pans of Trapani, a unique setting for Sicilian olive growing and viticulture.

The beating heart of the farm is the majestic "Baglio," a typical Sicilian structure serving the farm. Its origins date back to the 1700s, when it was built by Baron Todaro during the Spanish domination of the island.

Founded by Salvatore Ingardia, today his grandchildren Nicola and Salvatore, the fourth generation, carefully oversee all production phases, from cultivation to marketing, of their excellent products: Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Wines.
