The Producer

Carus Vini is a young family estate located in San Casciano Val di Pesa, in the heart of Chianti Classico area. Our winery consists of 26ha, of which 13.5ha are dedicated to wine production and 5.5ha to olive groves. In our vineyards, we produce high-quality organic wines – including Chianti Classico and Super Tuscan – exclusively with our own grapes. We produce fine wines with minimal environmental impact, utilizing modern technologies and experimenting with precision agriculture techniques. In our cellar, we have installed photovoltaic panels to produce energy, while in the vineyards, we are experimenting with natural enzymes to enhance the vines' immune systems.
